tappan reservoir in jersey

As I am sure you all know you kneed a permit to fish a reservoir. i have found a spot in the fence of the tappan lake reservoir where the fence has been peeled back and it is easily accessible. you cant see the hole because there is a sever incline so you wouldn't know there even was a fence. sssssssshhhhhhhhhhh! its a secret!
